Home Care Assistants / Clients
What is Anytime Home Care ‘N’ Educational Consulting Service?
Answer: Anytime Home Care ‘N’ Educational Consulting Service is an educational institution providing compassionate and respectful assisted living to the elderly in the comfort of their homes and/or in our very inviting home for respite care. AHCNECS aims to help maintain clients’ independence, without compromising on their safety. The service is provided by caring and talented Home Care Assistants (HCAs) taught by the school arm of the business.
Who are Home Care Assistants (HCAs)?
Answer: Home Care Assistants (HCAs) are trained, caring and compassionate nursing assistants who have a heart for the elderly and the disabled. They have been personally trained by the school arm of AHCNECS, the educational consulting service.
Are they trained?
Answer: Yes. Every HCA goes through a 36-hour theoretical training with a nursing staff, at the end of which a written exam is administered. This is followed by a 40-hour practicum in the home of an elderly needing assisted living. The student is then assessed, completes an Exit Interview, before being certified as a Home Care Assistant by our Programme Director.
How often do you have classes?
Answer: Classes are held every other month, which is approximately in January, March, May, July, September and November of each year.
Is there a graduation after completing the course?
Answer: Yes. Graduation is held in December of each year.

Are you a nursing home?
Answer: No. A nursing home is a place that provides skilled medical care for those who are unable to care for themselves.
What is the difference between an assisted-living facility and a nursing home?

We offer assisted living services, i.e. Adult Day Care.
